Different sizes of meeting and conference rooms are available in each of our business centers, accommodating 2 – 100 persons. Our conference and seminar rooms offer the ideal space for successful meetings, seminars, workshops and video conferences, as well as for media orientations or presentations. Our meeting rooms are centrally located and equipped with highly modern technology. We are happy to handle catering for you upon request.

We offer a variety of conference and meeting rooms with space for up to 100 participants depending on the center. They are available for rent by the hour, half day, or full day. Our facilities are centrally located and easily accessible by car or public transportation.

Rooms are equipped with a flip chart, projection screen, projector (optional) and WiFi, offering an outstanding space for a successful meeting.

Video conferences

Avoid unnecessary travel and lodging costs and benefit from our HD quality video conferencing systems. Whether you need space for one or more persons, we are well equipped and cooperate with partners worldwide.


Upon request, we can offer coffee, croissants, and fruits rich in vitamins for breaks. We are also happy to provide you with a detailed catering offer. If your meeting will take a little longer, we can also provide aperitifs or a substantial standing lunch.

Secretarial services

Our high-performing, multilingual administrative office is available for back office services. If you have questions on conference technology, administrative tasks, or interpreting services, they are happy to help. We can also help you organize your meetings, and will be happy to reserve hotel rooms, restaurants, or book transfers for you upon request.

The business center is located on Bahnhofstrasse, in the heart of Zurich and just a few minutes away from the main train station.



The location is nestled in the new Europaallee district, directly adjacent to Zurich's main train station.



Visit us at our new location at the Baloise Park just a step away from Basel train station.

WiFi and flip charts are included as standard in every booking. You are also welcome to rent a projector from us. Please inform us of your needs when you make your booking.

We will be happy to organize a coffee break for you with croissants and snacks, a standing lunch, or an aperitif. Ask for these services during your booking, and we can prepare an offer to meet your needs.

You are certainly welcome to do so, for a flat-rate fee per participant.

We also ensure services and catering for your events outside of our business hours. We will be happy to prepare an offer for you.

This depends on the specific business center where you make your booking. Our largest room is located in our Europaallee center, which has space for a maximum of 100 participants with the right chair arrangement.

If requested, receptions can be held outside of our conference rooms, for instance in our bistros, to offer space for discussion and networking.

Day offices can be booked by the hour for small meetings with up to 4 persons. Conference rooms can be booked by the half day or full day.
